EXHAUST HOOD- 12ft 0" Long x 48” deep Stainless Steel Wall Canopy Hood with 14" Wide Front Perforated Supply Plenum. Hood has a 600 degree temperature rating which can accommodate medium to heavy duty cooking equipment. Constructed of 430 stainless steel. Includes stainless steel grease baffle filters , pre-wired high temperature lights, a factory installed 16” round exhaust riser, three factory installed 12” x 24” supply risers with volume dampers, and a 12” wide utility cabinet on the right side of the hood to house the electrical control panel. EXHAUST FAN/ROOF CURB- High Speed Belt Drive Upblast Exhaust Fan with emergency disconnect switch. Exhaust Fan handles 2700 CFM @ -1.000" wc ESP, Exhaust Motor: 1.5 HP, 1 Phs, 115 V, 60Hz, 12.2 FLA, (Open Drip Proof). Includes a grease collection box and a hinge kit providing easy access to the bottom of the fan and to the exhaust ductwork for cleaning and serviceability. Exhaust fan roof curb measures 26.5” square x 24” high with a vented base and is designed for a flat roof. SUPPLY FAN/ROOF CURB- Untempered Supply Unit with 10" Blower with a sloped filtered intake and metal mesh removable filters. Supply Fan handles 2106 CFM @ 0.500" wc ESP. Supply Motor: 0.75 HP, 1 Phase, 115 V, 60Hz, 6.0 FLA, (Open Drip Proof). Supply fan roof curb measures 21” square x 20” high and is designed for a flat roof. ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL- Designed to control the exhaust fan, supply fan, and lights for the kitchen ventilation system. The electrical package is pre-wired and installed in the hood utility cabinet. Designed to thermostatically activate the exhaust fan whenever elevated temperatures are sensed in the exhaust system.
