Designed with a thin and flexible DEXSTEEL® blade, the 7 Inch UR-Cut® gives you great control and precision The blade has engineered flex points that spring back to its shape and will glide right through the meat and hold a very sharp edge, hardly needing to be re-sharpened.  When the knife needs to be re-sharpened it will sharpen to the same sharpness as it was before thanks to the DEXSTEEL® used to create it.
